Synchro Tilt Mechanism
The most common mechanism in quality office chairs. The seat and back recline together in a synchronized ratio, typically 2:1. Provides smooth, balanced reclining motion.
Multi-Lock Mechanism

Knee Tilt Mechanism
The pivot point is located near the front of the seat, reducing pressure on the back of the thighs when reclining. Premium mechanism found in executive chairs.
Centre Tilt Mechanism
A basic tilt mechanism where the pivot point is at the centre of the seat. The entire seat tilts as one unit. Found in many standard office chairs.
