Our Warranty
Repair Services
All repair work carried out by The Chair King is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of repair. This covers both the workmanship and any parts installed during the repair. If a repaired component fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will re-repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts purchased from The Chair King carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by part type and manufacturer. Gas lifts are typically warranted for 12 months. Contact us for specific warranty details for your parts.
Refurbished Chairs
Refurbished chairs come with a 6-month warranty covering all refurbished components. This includes the gas lift, mechanism, castors, and any replaced upholstery or parts. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal office use.
What Is Not Covered
- - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident
- - Normal wear and tear
- - Modifications made by third parties
- - Use of the chair beyond its rated weight capacity
- - Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us on 1300 382 599 with your repair or purchase details. We will arrange an assessment and, if the issue is covered under warranty, carry out the repair or replacement at no charge. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this warranty.
